  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into large chunks. Place them in a large pot, cover them with water, and bring to a boil.
