Directions

Step 1

Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit. Save a few small slices for garnish and puree the rest in a blender until smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
