  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and pat them dry with paper towels. Let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes while preparing the marinade.

In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
