Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.25 teaspoon of ground black pepper to create the marinade.
