  • 1 cup Arugula

  • 0.25 cup, thinly sliced Red onion
  • 0.25 cup, crumbled Feta cheese (optional)
  • 4 Burger buns

Directions

Step 1

Clean the portabella mushroom caps by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel and removing the stems. Scrape out the gills with a spoon if you prefer a smoother texture.
