  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the marinade for the chicken. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the chicken to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

While the chicken is marinating, prepare the yogurt sauce. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess water using a cheesecloth or paper towel.
