  • 10 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 0.5 unit cucumber
  • 0.5 unit red onion
  • 1 unit tomato
  • 4 units crusty sandwich rolls or pita bread
  • 1 cup arugula or mixed greens

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the lamb. Thinly slice the lamb loin or shoulder and place in a large bowl.
