Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 8 slices Turkey breast slices
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and romaine lettuce leaves.

Step 2

Thinly slice the cucumber into rounds and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Step 3

Roughly chop the Kalamata olives into smaller pieces.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.

Step 5

Lay one whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.

Step 6

Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus evenly over the surface of the tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges.

Place one romaine lettuce leaf in the center of the tortilla.
