Directions

Step 1

Start by thoroughly washing the mixed salad greens under cold running water. Gently pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess water.

Peel the cucumber, slice it lengthwise into quarters, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Add these to a large salad bowl.
