Ingredients

  • 4 slices Turkey bacon
  • 4 slices Whole-grain bread

  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon slices until crispy, approximately 3-5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.

While the turkey bacon is cooking, lightly toast the whole-grain bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.
