  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 4 cups water

Directions

Step 1

Toast the slices of whole-grain bread until golden and crispy. Set aside.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Mash it with a fork until mostly smooth.
