  • 1 cup Chickpeas, roasted
  • 0.5 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • 0.25 cup Pumpkin seeds

Directions

Step 1

Wash the kale thoroughly under cold water. Remove the thick stems and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
