  • 1.5 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 500 grams red potatoes
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, oregano, lemon juice, lemon zest, sea salt, and black pepper to make a fragrant herb paste.
