  • 0.25 cups Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.33 cups Honey
  • 0.5 cups Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cups Fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 teaspoons Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
