Ingredients

  • 300 grams lean beef (sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced)
  • 2 medium green bell peppers (sliced into strips)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef thinly against the grain and set aside.

Step 2

Wash and slice the green bell peppers into strips and the red onion into thin slices. Mince the garlic.

Step 3

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil over medium-high heat.
