Ingredients

  • 8 cups Mixed greens (such as kale, Swiss chard, or spinach)

  • 3 whole Garlic cloves

  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 cups Water

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the mixed greens. Remove any tough stems, especially if using kale or Swiss chard, and roughly chop the leaves.
