Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked brown rice
  • 5 ounces Canned tuna (packed in olive oil, drained)

  • 1.5 teaspoons Harissa paste
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber (finely diced)
  • 2 Scallions (thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 Avocado (sliced for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • 4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the cooked brown rice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, rice vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper. Chill for 10 minutes to make it easier to mold.
