  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the vegetables: halve the cherry tomatoes and finely slice the red onion.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add half the olive oil.

Add the sliced red onion to the skillet and sauté for about 2 minutes until softened.
