  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by spreading about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese evenly over each whole wheat tortilla wrap, reaching the edges to ensure they'll stick when rolled.

Place a handful of fresh baby spinach leaves over the cream cheese layer on each tortilla.
