  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken. Slice the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into thin strips. Set aside.

In a large pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat.
