Ingredients

  • 500 grams cremini mushrooms

  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Clean the cremini mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them into thin pieces.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and tender. Set aside to cool.
