  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Red onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 Bell peppers (variety of colors), cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 Metal or wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Start by soaking wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes if using, to prevent them from burning on the grill.

Cut the chicken thighs and leg of lamb into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
