  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 pieces large eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the turkey sausage to the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes, until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spatula. Remove the sausage and set it aside.
