  • 1 whole Zest of lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the finely chopped red onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
