Directions

Step 1

Start by washing the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry with a clean towel.

Peel the cucumbers if desired, then slice them lengthwise. Remove the seeds by dragging a spoon down the middle of each half. Slice the cucumbers into thin half-moons.
