Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it in half. Slice the cabbage thinly and set aside.

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Peel and thinly slice the red onion. Seed and slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.

Place a large skillet over medium heat and add the extra virgin olive oil.
