Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 30 g Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Egg white
  • 50 g Whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper, ground
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 1 as needed Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Place the peeled and deveined prawns into a food processor and pulse until you have a coarse paste.

Step 2

Transfer the prawn paste to a mixing bowl and add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon zest, olive oil, egg white, and breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
