Ingredients

  • 500 grams Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Whole-grain rolls
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 Red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, paprika, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin to the marinade and toss to coat. Allow marinating for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef strips and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through but still tender.
