  • 1 whole red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil, juice of one lemon, minced garlic cloves, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix well to form a marinade.
