Ingredients

  • 250 grams whole wheat fusilli pasta
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes

  • 100 grams feta cheese

  • 10 grams fresh basil
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole wheat fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.
