Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Ground flaxseed
  • 0.25 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 0.25 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk powder, salt, dried oregano, and garlic powder.

Step 3

Using a food processor, pulse the sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds until they are coarsely chopped. Add them to the bowl with the dry ingredients, along with the chia seeds.

Pour in the olive oil and water. Stir the mixture well until it forms a thick dough.
