Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken thighs or drumsticks
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium Red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
