  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 4 pieces whole grain flatbreads
  • 0.5 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and ground black pepper.

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them well. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

While the chicken is marinating, prepare the yogurt sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, chopped fresh dill, a pinch of salt, and black pepper to taste in a small bowl. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to use.
