  • 1 whole, medium-sized fresh pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 fresh, for garnish mint leaves

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the glaze. In a small bowl, combine the honey and the juice of one lime. Mix well until fully blended.

Prepare the pineapple by removing the crown and base. Stand it upright and cut away the rind by slicing downward along the curvature of the fruit. Once peeled, cut the pineapple into half-inch thick slices.

Using a small, sharp knife, remove the core from each slice to create a ring.

Preheat your grill to medium heat, approximately 350°F to 400°F (175°C to 200°C).
