  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

Add chicken thighs and lamb chops to the marinade. Ensure the meat is fully coated, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight for best flavor).

Thinly slice the red onions.
