  • 4 large green bell peppers
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves

  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Wash and dry the green bell peppers. Cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
