  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the chicken to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
