  • 50 grams feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup sun-dried tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 4 pieces whole wheat pita bread
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 medium cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the red onion, fresh parsley, and garlic cloves. Set these aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken breast with the chopped red onion, parsley, garlic, crumbled feta cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, lemon zest, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
