In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, 1 clove of minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
