Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 4 pieces whole grain wraps
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Juice the lemon into a small bowl, and mince the garlic clove.

In a shallow dish, combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil, half of the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat. Let marinate while the grill is preheating.
