Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large Bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium Red onion, cut into wedges
  • 15 pieces Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
