Ingredients

  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the tomatoes, cucumber, and green bell pepper thoroughly under cold running water.

Cut the tomatoes into wedge pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Peel the cucumber, if desired, and slice it into 1/4 inch thick rounds. Add these to the salad bowl.
