Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 grams low-sodium ham
  • 120 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 150 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 50 grams feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Lightly brush the slices of whole grain bread with 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil on both sides. Place on a baking tray.

Step 3

Toast the bread in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes on one side, flip, and toast for another 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
