Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 0.25 cup Chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Chopped black olives
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine warm water, honey, and dry yeast. Stir gently and allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and olive oil until well combined.
