Ingredients

  • 1 package Gluten-free pizza crust mix
  • 3/4 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/3 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free pizza crust mix, warm water, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and garlic powder. Mix until a dough forms.
