Ingredients

  • 1 whole Cantaloupe
  • 1 whole Honeydew
  • 1 small whole Watermelon
  • 10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 100 grams Feta Cheese
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Use a melon baller to scoop out balls from the cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon. Make approximately equal amounts from each melon. If a melon baller is not available, cut the melon into uniform cubes.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the melon balls.

Chop the mint leaves into fine strips and add them to the bowl with the melon.
