Ingredients

  • 2 large Avocado
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber

  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives

Directions

Step 1

Peel and pit the avocados, then cut them into bite-sized cubes. Place the cubes in a large salad bowl.
