  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

  • 4 pieces garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Juice the lemon and mince the garlic cloves. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, sea salt, and black pepper.
