Ingredients

  • 4 cups arugula

  • 0.25 cup parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
