  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 piece lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced red bell pepper and sliced red onion to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables begin to soften.
